- Identify and prioritise AI, GenAI, ML, and automation opportunities across the enterprise
- Translate business problems into structured, high ROI use cases and delivery roadmaps
- Define solution approaches across AI agents, ML, GenAI, RPA, and supporting infrastructure
- Evaluate build vs buy options and advise on architecture and deployment models (cloud, hybrid, on prem)
- Assess full solution economics including model usage, token costs, infrastructure, and run costs
- Lead and shape proofs of concept and pilots, including success criteria and evaluation frameworks
- Support development of AI governance, risk, and adoption standards
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and finance to present options and recommendations
Requirements
- Background in transformation, PMO, consulting, or programme delivery within complex organisations
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, ML, GenAI, and enterprise architecture concepts
- Able to assess technical solutions and infrastructure trade offs without being a hands on developer
- Strong commercial mindset with experience building ROI cases and evaluating technology costs
- Comfortable operating across business and technical stakeholders at senior level
- Analytical, structured, and execution focused with strong problem solving ability
