- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and delivery execution
- Coordinate technical teams across onshore and offshore locations to deliver against programme milestones
- Drive API and system integration activities with architects, engineers and Microsoft partner teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, UAT and project governance
- Support production deployments, BAU handover and user adoption
- Ensure delivery aligns with security, data sovereignty and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in technical environments
- Experience delivering cloud based solutions with knowledge of APIs, integrations and Azure
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within government or regulated industries
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery methodologies
- Understanding of AI, LLMs or Generative AI delivery is advantageous

About the Role
- Seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high profile AI transformation programme within the UAE government.
- Manage cross functional delivery pods, coordinate technical integrations, and work closely with government stakeholders to onboard entities onto an AI powered policy platform.

Key Requirements
