The team combines process knowledge, technical expertise, and AI to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decisions.
Your Impact
Design, build, and operate autonomous and semi-autonomous agents for commerce operations.
Translate operational requirements into reliable workflows using LLM reasoning, retrieval, tools, and enterprise integrations.
Own agent guardrails, evaluation, production deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional AI teams.
Responsibilities
- Build production AI agents and multi-agent or human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Implement orchestration, planning, state management, tool calling, and A2A integrations.
- Connect agents to commerce platforms and enterprise data through resilient APIs and event-driven services.
- Manage Snowflake Cortex applications and Snowflake Native Apps across their lifecycle.
- Build RAG, semantic search, vector database, monitoring, routing, and failover capabilities.
- Optimize Snowflake costs and own AI/ML CI/CD, testing, versioning, and progressive rollout.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of advanced Python and SQL experience delivering production data and AI solutions.
- Deep Snowflake Data Cloud knowledge, including Cortex AI functions and secure data sharing.
- At least 2 years building and deploying production LLM-powered or agentic AI applications.
- Experience with LLM or agent frameworks, enterprise CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
- At least 2 years of experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and tool or function calling.
- Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, event-driven services, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with A2A integrations or multi-agent orchestration.
- Ability to drive technical delivery and collaborate across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with A2A, MCP, OpenAPI-driven tools, agent evaluation, or observability tooling.
- Experience with multi-agent systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, and enterprise guardrails.
- Experience with vector databases, multimodal retrieval, cloud platforms, MLOps, LLMOps, or FinOps.
- Understanding of commerce platforms or supply chain operations.
