Role Overview

What You Will Work On

• Build AI-powered internal tools and assistants.
• Develop AI agents for multi-step business tasks.
• Build RAG systems for company documents and knowledge.
• Extract structured information from documents, reports, and operational data.
• Develop intelligent document-processing workflows.
• Build predictive models and operational analytics.
• Create management dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Automate reporting and data-processing workflows.
• Connect AI systems with business applications through APIs.
• Integrate AI features into production systems with developers.
• Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Turn management questions into dashboards, models, and automated workflows.

AI and LLM Skills

• OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms, LangChain, LangGraph, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, and prompt engineering are part of the technical scope.
• The role includes RAG, vector databases, embeddings, document search, question-answering systems, and LLM-powered workflow automation.
• Experience with CrewAI, ReAct, or similar agent frameworks is valuable.

Python and Machine Learning

• The role uses Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and data transformation.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face is beneficial.

Data Engineering and Business Intelligence

• The role requires PostgreSQL, complex SQL, ETL pipelines, data transformation, data modelling, large dataset processing, API-based ingestion, and scheduled automated pipelines.
• Business intelligence work includes Power BI, DAX, interactive dashboards, KPI dashboards, executive reporting, operational reporting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Looker Studio is advantageous or a bonus.

Integration and Development Tools

• The role uses REST APIs, FastAPI, webhooks, JSON, authentication, backend integrations, Docker, Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions or CI/CD.
• The candidate should be comfortable working alongside frontend and backend engineers.

What We Are Looking For

• Approximately 3+ years of practical experience across AI, data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Demonstrated experience building real applications rather than only completing courses or tutorials.
• Ability to demonstrate personally developed AI/ML or analytics projects.
• Strong Python and SQL skills and an understanding of LLMs and modern AI development.
• Experience experimenting with or building AI agents.
• Understanding of data pipelines and database structures.
• Ability to turn unclear business requirements into working solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, research solutions, and operate in a fast-moving environment.

Particularly Strong Candidates

• Particularly strong experience includes LangGraph applications, multi-agent AI systems, production RAG applications, AI document-processing systems, and LLM applications connected to company databases.
• Other strong examples include automated reporting platforms, Power BI dashboards connected to operational systems, production machine-learning models, AI workflow automation, and internal company AI assistants.

Compensation

• Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.

• The stated work location is remote.
