Position Summary
The AI ML Engineer will build AI-powered solutions that improve engineering productivity, automate operations, accelerate troubleshooting, and optimize compute infrastructure.
The role supports EDA and HPC infrastructure for semiconductor design workloads.
The position combines Python development, Generative AI, AI Agent development, and infrastructure expertise across compute, storage, networking, Linux, AWS, and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications, assistants, copilots, RAG systems, and autonomous agents.
- Build Agentic AI workflows for reasoning, planning, tool execution, remediation, and orchestration.
- Implement RAG solutions with vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Develop n8n automation workflows and integrate them with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Automate troubleshooting, incident management, root-cause analysis, and operational workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with Linux, storage, networking, schedulers, and monitoring tools.
- Develop APIs and backend services, work with AWS AI infrastructure, and implement production monitoring, logging, testing, and governance.
- Use AI coding assistants and participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technology evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of professional software development experience with Python and API development.
- Production experience building Agentic AI applications and enterprise-grade solutions.
- Experience with AI chatbots, RAG systems, AI agents, and multi-agent or Agentic AI systems.
- Experience with vector databases, semantic search optimization, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, and AWS AgentCore.
- Strong Linux administration and scripting knowledge.
- Understanding of compute infrastructure, enterprise storage, networking, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD processes.
- Experience training ML models with MLOps methodology and using Azure ML Workspace or AWS SageMaker.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Travel and Schedule
- The position requires travel for approximately 10% of the time.
- The listed schedule is first shift and days.
