Role Overview

The engineer will transform data and business requirements into reliable AI systems while collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical machine learning applications.
- Prepare, process, analyze, and validate datasets for model development.
- Develop scalable data and machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Integrate AI models with APIs, software applications, cloud platforms, and data systems.
- Monitor deployed models and identify performance, quality, or reliability issues.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation, experiment results, model versions, and development standards.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend opportunities for practical implementation.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related technical field is preferred.
- Three or more years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering is preferred.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, and data processing.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or comparable technologies.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, Git, and modern software development practices.
- Experience with model deployment, MLOps, or production machine learning environments is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.
