Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience

• Any graduation qualification is listed.
• The role requires 10 or more years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise software products or platforms from concept through launch and scale.
• The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience building, launching, or managing AI-native products using LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, or workflow automation.
• Strong software engineering literacy in Python and SQL is required, along with knowledge of system design, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience operating in client-facing, high-ambiguity environments and influencing senior stakeholders is required.
• A strong ownership mindset is required.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision by defining the target users, product differentiation, and deliberate product boundaries.
• Discover high-impact, repeatable problems with client business, technology, and operations leaders.
• Make tradeoffs across customer value, technical feasibility, commercial potential, speed, quality, and strategic fit.
• Define agent behavior, tool use, orchestration, memory, uncertainty handling, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
• Guide solution architecture for LLM-powered applications, including prompt workflows, tool-calling agents, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
• Lead the lifecycle from customer problem through prototype, design-partner validation, production, and scaled adoption.
• Write product briefs, requirements, decision documents, and acceptance criteria without unnecessary process.
• Own adoption, usage, retention, customer value, and product quality after launch.
• Validate desirability, usability, technical performance, business value, and willingness to pay with design partners.
• Act as product and technical authority within the RDE pod and mentor product and engineering talent.
