Role Overview

Strategic and Architecture Work

• Shape enterprise AI strategy, conduct assessments, and build implementation roadmaps with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
• Own complex AI platform architecture and translate governing principles into defensible technical solutions.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept, evaluate technologies, and make evidence-based framework and platform recommendations.
• Define architecture for multi-agent orchestration, memory, tool use, agent certification, AI gateways, and MCP control planes.

AI Platform Standards

• Define foundation model adaptation, fine-tuning, inference, routing, and classical ML deployment strategies.
• Own context architecture covering knowledge graphs, ontologies, vector search, semantic retrieval, prompts, and conversational state.
• Set standards for security, identity, authorization, layered guardrails, governance, observability, performance, and scalability.
• Establish FinOps practices covering usage labelling, budgets, and cost-per-archetype planning.

Leadership and Artifacts

• Lead domain architects and specialists, resolve cross-domain tensions, and integrate their work into enterprise-ready systems.
• Produce and govern blueprints, reference architectures, architecture decision records, diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Build reusable practice assets and represent the firm through thought leadership, publications, conferences, and client advisory work.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic, generative, and classical AI/ML solutions using at least one cloud vendor.
• Proven experience in LLMs, generative AI, and LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
• Proven experience engineering machine learning, deep learning, and NLP solutions and applications.
• At least six years of industry experience as a machine architect designing big data, machine learning, or large-scale analytical engineering solutions.
