Proven experience working with AI platforms (particularly MS Copilot Studio and/or MS Foundry) and services (particularly Azure DevOps.)
Practical knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, MLFlow, RAG models, Langchain, etc.).
Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs)
Familiarity with neural networks, predictive modelling, and natural language processing
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and SecDevOps practices.
Ability to quickly prototype and iterate solutions using modern tools, including low-code platforms where appropriate.
Passion for problem-solving, curiosity to explore new technologies, and a passion for continuous learning to keep up with the fast-changing AI field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
AI certifications from a recognized provider is a bonus.
