- I’m working with a leading global investment manager building out a specialist AI / Talent Analytics function - focused on developing production-grade LLM tools that directly support business and workforce decision-making.
- This isn’t a research-only role - it’s about taking LLMs into production.
- What you’ll be doing:
- Building and deploying LLM-powered applications
- Fine-tuning / adapting models to improve performance and reliability
- Designing evaluation frameworks & testing pipelines
- Developing agentic workflows and multi-step AI systems
- Working across LLMOps / MLOps (prompting, model routing, observability)
- What they’re looking for:
- Strong engineering background (Python and/or C#)
- Experience working with LLMs in production
- Hands-on exposure to fine-tuning or model adaptation
- Experience building end-to-end AI systems
- Why it’s interesting:
