Role Summary
AI Engineer and Solution Architect.
This is a hands-on working lead role responsible for personally designing and building production LLM, RAG, and agentic AI systems.
The role also sets technical direction, standards, and delivery discipline for the team.
The ideal candidate has a strong full-stack or enterprise software engineering foundation and applied AI specialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical standards, reusable patterns, and reference architecture for GenAI and Agentic AI delivery.
- Own AI tooling, LLM/API, infrastructure, and licensing budgets and justify spending against delivery outcomes.
- Architect and build end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from design through production deployment.
- Own architecture across backend services, APIs, microservices, data layers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Select and justify LLM providers, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Produce HLD, LLD, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications, and review team designs.
- Build evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, hallucination checks, retrieval metrics, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
- Support presales and solutioning, including client-facing technical discussions and effort estimates.
- Mentor and technically lead the team and grow its GenAI capability.
