Role Overview
Build and deploy production-grade AI agents for real-world health insurance claim adjudication workflows.
The role is based in Hyderabad and requests an experienced AI Engineer with at least seven years of experience in the posting details.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents using AWS AgentCore and Amazon Bedrock with Claude.
- Develop prompts, tool calling, agent workflows, and handoffs.
- Build LLM and retrieval-augmented generation applications and support AI evaluation and testing.
- Integrate enterprise systems with APIs, connectors, and MCP tools.
- Implement Bedrock Guardrails, protected health information masking, and audit trails.
- Develop tested Python code and troubleshoot agent behavior with logs, traces, and evaluations.
- Support human-in-the-loop workflows and production deployments.
Required Skills
- At least six years of software or machine learning engineering experience.
- Strong Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool or function calling, or AI agents.
- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, IAM, and S3.
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, Git, and testing.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, AI guardrails, or AI evaluations is advantageous.
