Job description
The role designs and builds production-grade AI-powered applications in a large-scale enterprise environment.
The engineer will work in a cross-functional team building complex, integration-heavy digital platforms, including agentic AI systems.
The focus is high reliability, performance, scalability, and quality across multiple domains.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI patterns, including digital twins and intelligent member-facing systems.
- Enhance production systems for reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Deliver features across backend, APIs, orchestration, integrations, cloud deployment, and frontend work.
- Engage stakeholders in solution-driven conversations as a client-facing engineer.
- Build AI applications for member experiences, including claims processing and health profiles.
Essential skills
- Production backend experience with AWS Serverless, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Infrastructure as Code experience authoring CloudFormation or Terraform from scratch.
- Architectural experience integrating LLMs into production systems.
- Ability to define system architecture from scratch.
