About the Role

Requirements
- Experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, product or program delivery, change management, or research/advisory environments
- Comfortable discussing LLMs, agents, automation, and responsible AI with business stakeholders
- Experience with workshop facilitation, process design, adoption planning, governance artifacts
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar in day to day work
- Relevant undergraduate degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field

Role Description
- Join QuadReal’s Global Research team and help turn AI into a practical advantage for commercial real estate research.
- Work at the intersection of AI enablement, data strategy, and market intelligence.
- Identify use cases, design AI driven workflows, partner with Research, Data, and IT teams, and help researchers adopt tools.
Experience And Qualifications
- Experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, product or program delivery, change management, or research/advisory environments.
- Comfortable discussing LLMs, agents, automation, and responsible AI with business stakeholders.
- Experience with workshop facilitation, process design, adoption planning, governance artifacts, and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar.
- Experience with commercial real estate, asset management, market intelligence, or enterprise data platforms is an asset.
Education
- Relevant undergraduate degree, preferably in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field.
Compensation
- Expected annualized base salary range: CAD 100,000 to CAD 125,000.
