AI Enablement & Operations Specialist

• Identify, assess, and prioritize practical AI use cases with practice groups and departments.
• Build and test AI-assisted workflows for legal and business use cases.
• Document benefits, lessons learned, limitations, risks, and adoption outcomes.

The role will help users understand approved usage expectations, support documentation of AI risks and controls, reinforce human review of AI outputs, and collaborate with IT, security, privacy, risk, vendors, and business stakeholders to support professional obligations, confidentiality, data protection, and firm standards.

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in information technology, legal technology, business technology, knowledge management, or a related field.
• Practical understanding of generative AI tools, large language models, prompting concepts, and AI-assisted workflows.
• At least 1-2 years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, business applications, legal technology, AI tools, or professional services technology environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, document management systems, knowledge management tools, vendor coordination, training materials, or law firm/professional services environments is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain AI and technology concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Practical troubleshooting ability, sound judgment, discretion, and service orientation.
• Curiosity, adaptability, strong documentation skills, and comfort working in a fast-moving technology environment.

This is a new full-time, permanent role.

The core hours are Monday to Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We are currently operating under a hybrid work model, and the successful candidate will be required to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
