Responsibilities
- Assess current business workflows and identify high impact opportunities to embed Generative AI across commercial and functional teams
- Design and deliver practical AI enablement programs, workshops, and executive coaching sessions that build lasting AI capabilities
- Partner with business leaders to redesign processes and implement AI powered solutions that improve productivity, decision making, and operational efficiency
- Co create AI agents, automations, and digital workflows to streamline reporting, planning, market intelligence, customer insights, and other business processes
- Facilitate hands on learning experiences that encourage experimentation and help employees apply AI to real business challenges
- Establish AI champions, governance, and best practices to drive sustainable adoption across the organization
- Monitor AI adoption, measure business impact, and provide leadership with actionable insights on productivity gains and transformation outcomes
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends to identify innovative opportunities that enhance business performance and accelerate digital transformation
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Generative AI platforms and Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini)
- Experience building AI agents, automations, or workflow solutions using low code or no code platforms
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI best practices
- Experience coaching, facilitating workshops, or delivering executive level training
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable commercial value
- Experience improving business processes through technology and automation
- A collaborative, experimental mindset with a passion for helping others adopt new ways of working
