About the Role
Henkel is seeking a Regional Finance Intern to join the finance team in Dubai, supporting financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business partnering across the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for regional leadership
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units and countries
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions
- Support cost tracking, profitability analysis, and financial modeling
- Prepare reports and presentations for finance and business review meetings
- Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
- Assist in improving finance processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support internal controls, compliance activities, and financial documentation
- Work closely with cross functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR on finance related projects
- Participate in regional strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analyses as required
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Previous internship or project experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics is preferred
