Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI driven automation workflows across business operations
- Integrate AI tools (such as ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, or similar) into daily business processes
- Build and manage automation systems using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n
- Automate repetitive tasks in marketing, operations, and administration
- Develop AI powered solutions such as chatbots, content generation systems, and reporting automation
- Connect different platforms (CRM, email systems, websites, databases, etc.) using APIs and webhooks
- Improve and optimize existing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities
- Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and automated systems
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI tools and automation platforms
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Familiarity with OpenAI API or other generative AI systems
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to design efficient workflows
- Experience in digital operations, marketing automation, or business systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects
