Role Overview
Fujitsu is seeking an early-career Solutions Developer for cloud-based Contact Center and AI solutions built on Amazon Connect and AWS.
The role supports customer-facing capabilities including AI agents, conversational AI, automation, voice translation, analytics, and system integrations.

Solution Development
- Develop, test, implement, and support AWS and cloud-based solutions.
- Build integrations between contact center platforms, AI services, ITSM tools, and enterprise applications.
- Assist with AI agents, agent assist, RAG solutions, translation services, and workflow automation.
- Troubleshoot defects and follow engineering, coding, and security standards.
AI and Innovation
- Support generative AI and large language model solutions.
- Assist with prompt engineering, knowledge bases, AI orchestration, and conversational AI use cases.
