Role Overview
Early-career Solutions Developer joining Fujitsu’s product team for cloud-based contact center and AI solutions.
The role supports customer-facing capabilities including AI agents, conversational AI, automation, voice translation, analytics, and system integrations.
The role is approximately 70% solution development, testing, and implementation; 15% operational support; 10% solution design and learning; and 5% stakeholder collaboration.
Solution Development
- Develop, test, implement, and support AWS and cloud-based solutions.
- Build integrations between contact center platforms, AI services, ITSM tools, and enterprise applications.
- Deliver AI agents, agent assist, RAG solutions, translation services, and workflow automation.
- Troubleshoot defects and follow engineering, coding, and security standards.
AI and Innovation
- Support generative AI and LLM solution development and testing.
- Assist with prompt engineering, knowledge bases, AI orchestration, and conversational AI use cases.
- Contribute to experimentation, prototyping, and evaluation of new AI capabilities.
