Strategy and portfolio ownership
- Work with technology, business, and functional leaders to identify, qualify, and document candidate business use cases.
- Prioritize initiatives using business value, technical feasibility, risk exposure, and data readiness.
- Maintain a transparent AI portfolio view for executive review.
- Develop business cases, cost models, and benefit-tracking mechanisms for measurable investment outcomes.
- Advise leadership on emerging AI capabilities, obsolescence risk, and competitive positioning.
Agentic AI architecture
- Design Agentic AI solutions and workflows covering agent roles, task decomposition, orchestration, memory, context, and success criteria.
- Define agent interactions with ERP, CRM, HRMS, procurement platforms, data lakes, repositories, email, and APIs.
- Build blueprints with multi-agent workflows, human approvals, escalation rules, fallback behavior, and complete audit trails.
- Ensure architectures are scalable, secure, reusable, and aligned with enterprise IT standards and integration patterns.
- Establish reusable components, prompt libraries, evaluation harnesses, and design patterns.
Vendor and delivery governance
- Lead vendor evaluation and solution selection as part of the AI delivery governance process.
Requirements
- Lead enterprise AI and Agentic AI roadmap development aligned with technology strategy and operating-company priorities.
- Identify, qualify, and document AI use cases across finance, procurement, supply chain, sales, service, and human capital.
- Assess AI initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, risk exposure, and data readiness.
- Develop business cases, cost models, and benefit-tracking mechanisms for AI investments.
- Design scalable, secure, reusable Agentic AI solutions aligned with enterprise IT standards and integration patterns.
- Define agent roles, task decomposition, orchestration, memory, context strategies, and success criteria.
- Design audit trails, approval points, escalation rules, and fallback behavior for automated actions.
