Role Overview
Design and deliver intelligent AI agents that transform interactions with enterprise systems.
Build conversational experiences that automate tasks, answer questions, and execute complex business workflows.
Combine hands-on development with solution design, production support, governance, and continuous optimization.
Accountabilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related generative AI technologies.
- Integrate agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Create Power Automate workflows and configure topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.
- Apply governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor performance, adoption, usage metrics, and response quality to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases.
- Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational reliability.
