- Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles and practices.
- Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove organizational and team level impediments.
- Support teams in improving planning, delivery, collaboration, and predictability.
- Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives.
- Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver Agile training and coaching programs.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Track Agile metrics and use data to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or related roles
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams or departments
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coaching both technical and non technical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change
