CodeNinja seeks a Senior IBM BAW Developer for a 6-month contract (extendable) at a leading bank in Riyadh, KSA. You will design, develop, and support enterprise business process automation solutions using IBM BAW/BPM.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure end to end business process workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM
- Model business processes using BPMN 2.0, including human tasks, coaches, business rules, and process routing
- Integrate BAW applications with core banking systems and enterprise services via REST/SOAP web services
- Configure and maintain process applications, toolkits, and shared services on WebSphere/Liberty environments
- Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow designs
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and performance tuning of workflow applications
- Support UAT, deployment, and go live activities, including environment promotion across DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD
- Provide production support, root cause analysis, and resolution for workflow related incidents
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, process specifications, and deployment guides
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands on development experience with IBM BAW or IBM BPM
- Prior experience delivering BPM solutions within a bank or financial institution
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, Process Designer, Business Process Center, and Process Portal
- Experience with Business Rules (ODM), coaches, human services, and case management
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP web service integration
- Working knowledge of WebSphere Application Server/Liberty and relational databases (SQL)
- Notice period of 1 month or immediate joiners preferred

About Role

- This is an onsite role, open to all nationalities, for a 6 month contract (extendable).
- Requires strong hands on IBM BAW/BPM experience within a banking or financial services environment.

- Prior experience on banking or financial services workflow implementations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Appian or other BPM/low code platforms
- Exposure to IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
- IBM BAW certification
