- The role:
- You will help scale an AI-native engineering organisation building agentic platforms, leading high-performing pods of 10–15 engineers.
- You'll bring strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience applying AI agents to accelerate delivery at scale.
- Owning the AI engineering and architecture foundation, you'll drive end-to-end delivery, from use-case ideation through to production rollout.
- What you'll need:
- 8+ years experience within Software / AI Engineering
- Productionized experience working with Agentic Platforms, and Agents
- Experience managing cross-functional Pods/Squads/Tribes
- Recent hands-on experience within software development, AI Engineering, AI configuration
- Successful track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments
