Role Overview
Think Media Labs is expanding its Agentic AI team and is seeking an Agentic AI Technical Expert.
This is a full-time role in Dubai for an early-career professional with at least two years of relevant post-graduation experience.
The successful candidate will have personally built or implemented AI or Agentic AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and support Agentic AI solution implementations.
- Work directly with project teams and participants during Agentic AI system building and testing.
- Guide agent architecture, workflows, APIs, integrations, data, and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implementation blockers.
- Translate use cases and business requirements into working technical implementations.
- Review AI builds, identify technical gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support testing and validation of agent workflows and actions.
- Contribute to workshops, technical sessions, and implementation support activities.
What We Are Looking For
- At least two years of full-time professional experience after graduation, ideally in AI, technology, software, or a related role.
- Proven hands-on experience building or implementing AI solutions.
- Experience with Agentic AI systems, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, integrations, workflow automation, data requirements, and system architecture.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical implementation issues directly.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in an established company or technology team is preferred.
- UAE government or enterprise project experience is an advantage.
