Think Media Labs is hiring an Arabic-speaking Account Manager to sell training and workshops to government entities in the United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses exclusively on putting the company’s training and workshop offerings in front of more government entities and supported communities.
The company has 16 years of UAE government delivery experience, with more than 2,300 people trained and 4,600 entrepreneurs enabled through government programs.
Responsibilities
- Sell training and workshops to government entities and the communities they support.
- Build a personal pipeline by identifying entities, budget owners, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
- Present solutions and negotiate in Arabic and English.
- Use case studies, proposals, pricing, and program history to shape opportunities, with senior leadership support when needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience selling training specifically is required.
- At least five years of sales experience is required.
- UAE work experience and familiarity with government decision-making and purchase-order processes are required.
- Professional Arabic and English are required for presentations and negotiations.
- Government sales experience in the UAE is a plus.
Workplace
- This is a full-time role based in the Dubai office.
- The Account Manager works with the team in the office when not attending client meetings.
Compensation
- Compensation includes a monthly base salary plus uncapped commission on closed business.
