Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to sales, rental of properties, and customer inquiries
- Answer customer questions regarding property availability, prices, locations, and project details
- Qualify prospects and accurately record customer needs in CRM system
- Schedule appointments and property visits for the sales team
- Follow up on prospects to develop opportunities and optimize conversions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow up activities
- Coordinate with sales consultants and other internal teams to ensure timely customer support
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant teams
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to call management, lead generation, and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about company real estate projects, promotions, payment plans, and market trends
Requirements
- Fluent in French, Arabic, and English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in a contact center or customer service role
- Excellent communication, customer service, and CRM skills
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and CRM usage
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer oriented environment
- Experience in UAE real estate sector strongly preferred

Responsabilités principales
- Gérer les appels entrants et sortants liés à la vente, à la location de biens immobiliers et aux demandes des clients.
- Répondre aux questions des clients concernant la disponibilité des biens, les prix, les emplacements et les détails des projets.
- Qualifier les prospects et enregistrer avec précision les besoins des clients dans le système CRM.
- Planifier les rendez vous et les visites de propriétés pour l'équipe commerciale.
- Assurer le suivi des prospects afin de développer les opportunités et d'optimiser les conversions.
- Maintenir des dossiers précis des interactions avec les clients, des demandes et des activités de suivi.
- Coordonner avec les consultants commerciaux et les autres équipes internes afin d'assurer une assistance rapide aux clients.
- Traiter les réclamations des clients et transmettre les problèmes complexes aux équipes concernées si nécessaire.
- Atteindre les objectifs quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels (KPI) liés à la gestion des appels, à la génération de prospects et à la satisfaction client.
- Se tenir informé des projets immobiliers de l'entreprise, des promotions, des plans de paiement et des tendances du marché.
- Veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise et garantir la confidentialité des informations des clients.
Compétences requises
- Maîtrise courante du français, de l'arabe et de l'anglais.
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier, de préférence dans un centre de contact ou un poste de service client.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en service client et en gestion de la relation client.
- Expérience dans la gestion des demandes clients, la qualification des prospects, la planification des rendez vous et l'utilisation des systèmes CRM.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, rapide et orienté vers le client.
- Une expérience dans le secteur immobilier aux Émirats arabes unis est fortement souhaitée.
