- Full ownership of agency performance, including revenue growth and P&L accountability
- Development and execution of business strategy across sports, entertainment, and cultural partnerships
- Leadership of key client relationships, including sports properties, sponsors, and rights holders
- Building and scaling commercial pipelines across clubs, leagues, federations, and related ecosystems
- Establishing a strong organisational culture focused on performance, accountability, and delivery excellence
- Close collaboration with the Board, providing structured reporting and clear performance visibility
- Talent development and organisational design to support scale
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering commercial growth within sports, entertainment, or rights holder environments
- Track record of scaling an agency or commercial organisation in revenue growth
- Established network across sports properties, talent agencies, and commercial rights ecosystems
- Strong understanding of how sports IPs generate and monetise commercial value
- Experience working with major sports ecosystems such as NBA, Premier League, NFL, or EuroLeague is highly desirable
- Hands on operational leadership style with experience staying close to execution while managing senior stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility and experience reporting at board level
