About the Role

- Maintain personal and team task authorization for working on aircraft AGE in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure staff are competent and approved for allocated maintenance tasks.
- Undertake fault evaluation and raise ad hoc work cards for found faults.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team; develop team members through formal assessment.
- Ensure timely supervision of all maintenance activities related to electrical AGE.
- Comply with regulatory framework, safety management system, and contractual requirements.

- Experience in electrical maintenance and supervision of aircraft ground equipment
- Knowledge of Part 145 regulatory framework
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Competency in fault evaluation and resolution

Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking detailed maintenance, inspection and supervision activities on Electrical components in AGE bay.
- Assuring work completed in accordance with work package using approved technical information.
- Resolving faults and maintenance issues, including awareness of configuration management.
- Undertaking and completing tasked maintenance & diagnostic activities of Electrical components.
- Maintaining personal & teams task authorisation for working on aircraft AGE in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring staff are sufficiently competent and approved for maintenance tasks allocated.
- Undertaking electrical support tasks within AGE bay facility to maintain compliance with MOE and regulatory procedures.
- Undertaking fault evaluation and raising ad hoc work cards for found faults during maintenance.
- Responsible for meeting agreed delivery targets through supervision of others.
- Maintaining personal Log Book to demonstrate currency and recency.
- Providing guidance and leadership to the team; developing team members using formal assessment processes.
- Ensuring timely Supervision of all maintenance activities including Technical Instructions related to electrical AGE.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure effective management of Regulatory activities by setting delivery targets, monitoring progress, and developing performance improvement programmes.
- Comply with regulatory framework, its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures.
- Promote application of human factors, error management, risk management and safety assurance within Part 145 team.
- Ensure all Part 145 activities are appropriately documented and airworthiness records are maintained.
- Ensure all Part 145 activities are performed by suitably qualified, experienced and authorised personnel.
- Ensure maintenance activities are compliant with Governance and Assurance framework.
- Able to demonstrate appropriate level of understanding and application of relevant continuing airworthiness regulatory framework.
- Comply with all applicable contractual requirements.
