Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance aftersales service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and ensure optimal use of facilities available at the service center for running the business operations.
  • Achieve the budgeted net sales, gross margin and net profit
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor the aftersales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring rapid resolution of customer issues and nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures to maintain service standards, conduct regular service audits, and incorporate customer feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Efficiently manage spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate record-keeping, and cost-effective procurement strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the service team, ensuring they are proficient in handling intricate repairs and diagnostics.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue increase by promoting services, accessories, and maintenance packages, ensuring profitability while delivering value to customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all after sales operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare insightful reports on service metrics, customer feedback, and financial performance, offering valuable insights for ongoing improvement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering or Business Management.
  • 7 years of automotive after sales experience in GCC, 3 of which in managerial position
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the automobile after sales operations
  • Good understanding of the body shop operating model
  • solid understanding of the P&L statements
  • Leadership skills
