- Prepare and reconcile stock and Goods in Transit reports
- Develop and share production plans with factory
- Maintain and update shipment plans
- Identify and escalate supply risks
- Validate customer credit status before raising orders
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment and customs clearance
- Ensure export documentation is complete and compliant
- Manage invoice creation and order closure in ERP
- Support compliance with trade regulations and audits
- Maintain weekly engagement with SSA Sales

About the Role
- Export Planning Lead responsible for managing export planning activities for Sub Saharan Africa markets.
- Scope includes E2E ownership for SSA export planning covering multiple portfolios.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile stock and Goods in Transit (GIT) reports.
- Develop, align, and share production plans with factory.
- Maintain and update shipment plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and escalate potential supply risks.
- Validate customer credit status before raising firm orders.
- Follow up with factory on order status and GRNs.
- Ensure price validation against approved SKUs.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment pickup, vessel booking, customs clearance, and last mile delivery.
- Provide regular shipment status updates to SSA Sales teams.
- Weekly visits to Aggregators for stock management and compliance.
- Ensure all mandatory export documentation is complete and compliant.
- Manage invoice creation and order closure in ERP systems.
