Overview
- Own and grow our
- affiliate programmes
- across all four group brands in the
US, UK, and EU
- .
- Build and manage
- direct affiliate partnerships
- with publishers, comparison sites, and vertical media (men's health, weight loss, longevity, lifestyle)
- Manage existing and new affiliate network relationships —
Katalys, Impact, Awin, CJ, ShareASale, Rakuten, Partnerize
- Run
- influencer outreach
- across the US, UK, and EU — sourcing, vetting, pitching, negotiating, onboarding, and managing creators on
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
- Build and own a
- structured outreach pipeline
- — research targets, send cold pitches, manage the CRM, follow up systematically
- Negotiate
- commercial terms
- — CPA, RevShare, hybrid, flat-fee, and gifting deals
- Coordinate with developers on
- tracking integration
- — postbacks, S2S via Cloudflare Workers, conversion attribution
- Manage creative briefs, content approvals, and
- compliance review
- for influencer content (critical in pharma/telehealth)
- Track and report on partner performance —
- revenue, ROAS by partner, cohort LTV, payout reconciliation
- Develop earned-media and partnership angles with
- fintech/lifestyle platforms
- (Trading 212, Soho House, Capital on Tap, Monzo, Starling) and
- vertical publishers
- (Muscle & Fitness, Maxim, Top10 com ConsumersAdvocate org)
- Stay across affiliate and creator compliance —
- FTC (US), ASA/CAP (UK), and EU advertising standards
- for telehealth
- Work
- full-time, in-office, from our Dubai office, Sunday to Thursday
