- Support in managing and scaling affiliate and influencer programs by onboarding, activating, and nurturing performance driven partners using tracking links, promo codes, and commission structures
- Support in planning and executing influencer led campaigns across social platforms, managing prepaid, commission, and hybrid collaborations aligned with brand and sales objectives
- Manage day to day influencer communications, including outreach, coordination, and follow ups
- Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure campaigns stay on schedule
- Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and post campaign summaries using key metrics such as revenue, conversions, and ROI to maximize efficiency and growth
- Collaborate cross functionally with brand, social, e commerce, and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging, execution, and campaign alignment
- Analyze results and implement optimizations by testing creators, content formats, key messagings to continuously improve campaign performance and scalability
