Responsibilities
- Drive overall commercial success, strategic direction, and profitability of the company's dermatology and aesthetics portfolio.
- Lead cross functional teams across sales, marketing, medical, and market access to develop and execute business strategies.
- Define the business unit's vision and strategic priorities.
- Oversee product portfolio management and launches.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and financial performance to ensure informed decision making.
- Optimize commercial operations and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the aesthetics / dermal filler / injectables market
- Proven track record of leading and developing commercial teams
- Strong combined background across both Sales and Marketing
- Demonstrated P&L / business unit ownership and the ability to build a line from the ground up
- Established network with KOLs (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics) across KSA
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business; MBA is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Based in Riyadh

Role Overview
- The Aesthetics Derma Business Unit Head role is a full time, on site leadership position based in Riyadh.
- The Business Unit Head will be responsible for driving the overall commercial success, strategic direction, and profitability of the company's dermatology and aesthetics portfolio.
