Overview
We are looking for a confident and professional Female Receptionist to join our luxury medical SPA .
Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties including welcoming clients, appointment booking, and patient registration
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Promote and sell the clinic’s aesthetic services
- Handle client inquiries
- Support basic marketing activities and promotions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong client relationships
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 2–3 years sales experience (aesthetic/beauty/medical preferred)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Smart, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Good understanding of marketing and client engagement
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, organized, and target-driven
- Offer : visa - salary- commission- transportation- medical insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Experience
- Receptionist in aesthetic clinic : 2 years (Required)
