Job Description
We are looking for a professional and well-presented female Medical Receptionist with experience in aesthetic or medical clinics to manage front desk operations and ensure a high-end client experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in a warm, professional, and polished manner
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client flow efficiently
- Handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Coordinate with therapists and doctors
- Manage client check-in, files, and follow-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with a premium clinic standard
- Manage the payment ( pos , cash , tabby , etc )
- Upsell packages

Requirements
- Female candidate
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or aesthetic clinic is required
- Fluent in English (Arabic not required)
- Presentable, confident, and professional
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Organized and able to multitask under pressure
- Familiar with clinic systems / booking systems (preferred)
