Role Overview

Consultation and Treatment

• Conduct detailed aesthetic consultations and understand patient concerns, medical history, expectations, and goals.
• Perform skin, facial, hair, and body assessments where required.
• Recommend clinically suitable treatment plans and explain benefits, limitations, risks, aftercare, and expected outcomes.
• Perform approved treatments such as injectables, fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, peels, and other licensed aesthetic services.

Medical Compliance

• Follow DHA regulations, professional medical guidelines, clinic protocols, and accepted medical standards.
• Maintain accurate records, obtain informed consent, and document products, dosages, batch numbers, photographs, and follow-up instructions.
• Protect patient confidentiality and identify contraindications before treatment.
• Manage complications professionally and follow infection-control, hygiene, and sterilization protocols.

Revenue and Patient Growth

• Convert consultations into suitable treatment plans and recommend packages or related treatments ethically.
• Support aesthetic offers, campaigns, open days, events, and patient awareness activities.
• Build repeat visits through follow-up, long-term treatment planning, patient relationships, retention, and referrals.

Working Arrangement

• The schedule is agreed with clinic management based on clinic requirements, appointments, and business needs.
• The doctor may need to attend fixed clinic days and booked consultations and treatments.
• Weekend or evening campaigns may be required, and confirmed appointments should not be cancelled except in genuine emergencies.

Patient Follow-Up

• Review treatment results, manage concerns or side effects, and advise patients on aftercare.
• Recommend follow-up sessions and maintain long-term patient treatment plans.
• Use clinic systems or approved clinic communication platforms for patient communication.

Marketing Support

• Participate in educational videos and provide medically accurate treatment explanations for social media.
• Support before-and-after content with patient consent and join awareness campaigns.
• Help create compliant promotional and seasonal campaign content without false, misleading, or unrealistic claims.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a valid DHA license or DHA eligibility as a General Practitioner or Aesthetic GP.
• Have approved aesthetic training and certifications and experience in aesthetic procedures.
• Have knowledge of injectables, skin treatments, PRP, aesthetic protocols, facial anatomy, and patient safety.
• Have good communication and consultation skills, treatment-planning ability, and strong patient-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• An existing patient base or ability to attract patients is preferred.
• Experience in the Dubai aesthetic market is preferred.
• Confidence performing injectables and skin treatments is preferred.
• A good social media presence or willingness to support content creation is preferred.

Employment and Compensation

• The job type is full-time.
• Pay is AED 4,000-6,000 per month, with a revenue-sharing arrangement also described as 35% doctor share and 65% clinic share.
