Role Overview

Consultation and Treatment Duties

• Conduct detailed consultations and assess patient concerns, expectations, medical history and treatment goals.
• Perform skin, facial, hair and body assessments where required.
• Recommend clinically suitable treatment plans and explain benefits, limitations, risks, aftercare and expected outcomes.
• Perform approved treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, chemical peels and wellness treatments when qualified and permitted.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow DHA regulations, clinic protocols and accepted medical standards.
• Maintain accurate records, obtain informed consent and document treatment, products, dosages, batch numbers and follow-up instructions.
• Identify contraindications, manage complications and follow infection-control, hygiene and sterilization protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure treatments are medically justified.

Commercial and Patient Growth

• Convert consultations into suitable treatment plans and recommend clinically appropriate packages or related treatments.
• Support aesthetic offers, campaigns, open days, events and patient awareness activities.
• Build repeat visits through follow-up, long-term planning, patient relationships, retention and referrals.
• Support educational videos, social media explanations and medically accurate promotional content.

Working Arrangement

• The schedule will be agreed with clinic management based on clinic requirements, appointments and business needs.
• The doctor may attend fixed clinic days and booked consultations and may support weekend or evening campaigns.
• The doctor must be punctual and provide advance notice of availability changes except in genuine emergencies.

Follow-Up and Professional Standards

• Review treatment results, manage concerns or side effects, advise on aftercare and recommend follow-up sessions where needed.
• Communicate with patients through clinic-approved systems and platforms.
• Maintain professional appearance, respectful communication, honest recommendations and clear explanations of prices and packages.
• Do not redirect clinic patients to outside services or personally collect payments without approval.

Required Qualifications

• Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility as a General Practitioner or Aesthetic GP.
• Approved aesthetic training and certifications.
• Experience in aesthetic procedures.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, injectables, skin treatments, PRP and aesthetic protocols.
• Good communication, consultation and patient-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing patient base or ability to attract patients.
• Experience in the Dubai aesthetic market.
• Confidence performing injectables and skin treatments.
• Social media presence or willingness to support content creation.
• Ability to work with clinic and marketing teams.

Employment and Compensation

• Employment type: Full-time.
• Pay: AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
• Work location: In person.
