KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts including aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, medi spas, and plastic surgery practices
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and referral networks
  • Present and demonstrate aesthetic products (injectables, devices, skincare, energy based systems, or fillers) to physicians, nurses, and clinic owners
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts within company guidelines
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and post sale follow up
  • Build long term, consultative relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic decision makers
  • Conduct regular in clinic visits, follow ups, and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Resolve client issues, complaints, and product queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Train clinic staff and practitioners on product protocols, usage techniques, and best practices
  • Maintain deep, up to date knowledge of the company's aesthetic and cosmetic product portfolio
