Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts including aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, medi spas, and plastic surgery practices
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and referral networks
- Present and demonstrate aesthetic products to physicians, nurses, and clinic owners
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Conduct regular in clinic visits, follow ups, and business reviews
- Train clinic staff on product protocols and usage techniques
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company's aesthetic product portfolio
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Represent the company at aesthetic congresses, trade shows, and KOL events
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit sales reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Health regulations and company SOPs
Requirements
- 3 8 years of experience in aesthetic or medical sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of aesthetic products (injectables, devices, skincare)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts including aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, medi spas, and plastic surgery practices

- Present and demonstrate aesthetic products (injectables, devices, skincare, energy based systems, or fillers) to physicians, nurses, and clinic owners
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts within company guidelines
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and post sale follow up
- Build long term, consultative relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic decision makers
- Conduct regular in clinic visits, follow ups, and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Resolve client issues, complaints, and product queries in a timely and professional manner
- Train clinic staff and practitioners on product protocols, usage techniques, and best practices
- Maintain deep, up to date knowledge of the company's aesthetic and cosmetic product portfolio
