About the Role
Beverly Hills Wellness and Aesthetic seeks an Aesthetic Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, ensure a 5-star patient experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of management experience in a high-end aesthetic clinic, medical spa, or luxury hospitality/retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic workflows, scheduling, inventory management, and supplier relations to ensure seamless, efficient operations
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor front desk and clinical staff; foster a positive, collaborative, and high performance culture
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care and luxury hospitality; resolve patient inquiries or concerns with grace and professionalism
- Drive clinic KPIs, oversee retail and treatment sales, and implement local marketing and retention strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure the clinic strictly adheres to all health, safety, medical regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and report on weekly/monthly financial metrics, staff performance, and inventory levels to ownership
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 7 years of management experience in a high end aesthetic clinic, medical spa, luxury day spa, or premium hospitality/retail environment
- Proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing a team to meet sales and service targets
- Passion for luxury service with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of business KPIs, budget management, and sales strategies
- Proficiency with clinic management software (e.g., Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, or Jane App) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

- Customer Service: Passion for luxury service with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Savvy: Strong understanding of business KPIs, budget management, and sales strategies.
