Job Summary

As the Clinic Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our practice.

You will oversee all daily operations, ensure an flawless 5-star patient experience, manage a high-performing team of practitioners and administrative staff, and execute strategies to meet financial and operational goals.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership excellence, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Operational Excellence:** Oversee daily clinic workflows, scheduling, inventory management, and supplier relations to ensure seamless, efficient operations.
  • **Team Leadership & Culture:** Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor front-desk and clinical staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  • **Patient Experience:** Maintain the highest standards of patient care and luxury hospitality. Resolve patient inquiries or concerns with grace, discretion, and professionalism.
  • **Business Growth & Revenue:** Drive clinic KPIs, oversee retail and treatment sales, and implement local marketing and retention strategies to maximize revenue.
  • **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure the clinic strictly adheres to all health, safety, medical regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • **Reporting:** Monitor and report on weekly/monthly financial metrics, staff performance, and inventory levels to ownership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • **Experience:** Minimum of 5 - 7 years of management experience in a high-end aesthetic clinic, medical spa, luxury day spa, or premium hospitality/retail environment.
  • **Leadership:** Proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing a team to meet sales and service targets.
  • **Customer Service:** Passion for luxury service with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • **Business Savvy:** Strong understanding of business KPIs, budget management, and sales strategies.
  • **Tech-Savvy:** Proficiency with clinic management software (e.g., Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, or Jane App) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • **Attributes:** Polished and professional presentation, highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
