Role overview
CATSA is recruiting one fixed-term Program Innovation Advisor opportunity within its Operations branch at headquarters.
The role supports the development of CATSA's overall aviation screening program.
Summary of responsibilities
- Lead, plan, develop, and conduct projects supporting pre-board, hold-baggage, and non-passenger screening programs.
- Develop project status reports covering risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
- Prepare briefing notes, business cases, project proposals, project charters, trial plans, and assessment reports.
- Coordinate project teams comprised of subject matter experts.
Required qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized college or university in a relevant field such as operations research, operations management, commerce, or business administration.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting program management and preparing documents and reports.
- Experience analyzing operational performance data to recommend courses of action.
- Superior English writing skills in business, science, and/or technical writing.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
