Position Overview

Summary of Responsibilities

• Provide logistical oversight for procurement plans and strategies for equipment delivery and relocation.
• Perform procurement, invoice validation and resolution, budget tracking, reporting, and contract management functions.
• Lead and coordinate equipment deliveries with project teams, suppliers, shippers, movers, and airport authorities.
• Prepare and track procurement requisitions and purchase orders.
• Audit invoices against contract terms and resolve payment disputes and queries.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized college or university in business, material or supply chain management, or another relevant specialization.
• At least five years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, deployment, warehousing, and/or contract management.
• Experience managing concurrent equipment deliveries to multiple sites.
• Experience overseeing contractors and airport stakeholders.
• Experience supporting budget forecasting, project delivery, and invoice reconciliation.
• Knowledge of procurement and deployment planning and coordination methods.

• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, schedule, meet deadlines, manage competing demands, and deliver results in a changing environment.

Specific Work Requirements

• Ability to travel as required.
• English is the essential language profile.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance.
