Coordinate and advise on operational excellence, efficient resource utilization, fleet optimization, and cost-saving initiatives.
Support a high-impact role requiring resilience, self-direction, discretion, and awareness of industry, technology, and market developments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate reviews of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Advise on performance enhancement initiatives.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Mediate conflicts between departments and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and complex issues.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operational planning.
- Experience across multiple sectors and environments, including multinational teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
- Analytical, innovative problem-solving, crisis-management, and critical-thinking skills.
- Resilience under internal and external pressure.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, marine studies, or an equivalent field.
- An MBA, master’s degree, or PhD is desirable.
