About the Role

Responsibilities
- Advise on maintenance performance improvement transformation using national and international best practices
- Lead the performance benchmarking program to identify performance gaps and develop continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure development of supporting procedures, templates, forms, workflows for maintenance processes
- Develop performance measurement framework for maintenance execution including KPIs and scorecards
- Analyze maintenance processes performance gaps and recommend solutions
- Develop processes control and quality methodology for maintenance activities
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes
- Lead all activities of CMMS (SAP) team
- Assess current maintenance practices and establish continuous improvement culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience, with at least 5 years in leadership positions in Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and/or Operational Excellence/Readiness manager roles covering upstream production and downstream processing
- Competence with setting up, leading, managing and delivering Reliability and maintenance delivery programmes
- Competence with implementing Maintenance methodologies in complex international multi cultural environment
- Experience with building Maintenance organisational capability in different cultures
- Experience with Commercial agreements, supply chain management and contracting
- University degree in relevant engineering discipline

Primary Purpose of the Job
- Advise and Support on Maintenance strategies, process, objectives, and implementation plans to move Dukhan Operations to a world class performance level in terms of safety, reliability, production efficiency and unit costs.
Key Responsibilities

Required Experience and Skills
