Working closely with the Service Leader and Advanced Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual. Our Shifts: 8am - 10pm | 10pm - 8am (sleepover) | 8pm – 8am (Waking Nights) Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for nights Contract: 24 hour permanent contract UK Driving License Required? Yes What You'll Be Doing You’ll be supporting 2 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including: Supporting with personal care Medication Administration Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try new things! Mentoring and guiding team members to uphold best practices Contributing to support planning and service development Building strong relationships with families and professionals Encouraging community engagement and meaningful activities
