Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for an Advanced Program Performance Management (PPM / EVM) Analyst .

The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation's fundamental defense services on the Strategic Systems program.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint
• Earned Value Management (EVM) or scheduling tool knowledge
• Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
• Experience with program contracts, program management, or functional support processes
• Experience with program requirements across planning, development, and/or production phases

What you'll experience:

• Developing and maintaining program time-phased cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters
• Analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), monitoring Estimates at Complete (EAC), and presenting findings to program management
• Identifying and analyzing critical paths and driving paths to schedule-specific milestones
• Supporting all necessary program reviews and meetings, including SEITs, Financial, EV Metrics, and Risk reviews
