About the Role
ElevenLabs is hiring an Adoption Strategist for the Middle East to drive customer adoption of AI voice products. This role involves building scalable implementation processes, developing product expertise, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and share recommendations
- Track and drive key adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on reporting capabilities
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns
- Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey
- Partner with leadership on high impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar at a technical SaaS or AI native company
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer facing products
- Track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up
- Extremely analytical with ability to identify trends and use data to drive strategy
- Comfortable driving cross functional outcomes without direct authority
- Experience managing a high volume book of business at scale, mid market or commercial segment
- Fluency in English is essential; speaking Arabic is a big plus

About the role
- New Adoption Strategist role at intersection of adoption, enablement, product expertise, and implementation.
- Work directly with corporate and midmarket customers to drive adoption of core use cases.
- Build scalable processes across a high volume book, not custom to one account.
- Be genuinely technical and deep in the product without writing code or owning an account directly.
- Focus areas include building scalable implementation processes, developing product expertise, auditing customer setups, tracking adoption metrics, partnering with teams, and engaging with partners.
Requirements
