- Use data and insights to ensure that the Admissions plan is developed to drive enrolment and retention performance across the school
- Manage and oversee all parts of the prospective parent pipeline, ensuring a world class admissions experience for all families
- Lead a team to ensure that the admissions and application experience is as efficient and professional as possible
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic teams and support functions to ensure admissions processes align with guidelines
- Ensure data accuracy and robust reporting across the team, collaborating with the DAM and Marketing team to utilize Salesforce CRM
- Ensure compliance and best practice in admissions policy management

- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail oriented, ensuring all applications, interviews, and communications are processed smoothly
- Familiarity with admissions and CRM systems for efficient application management
- Thorough understanding of school admissions processes and the factors that influence parent and student decisions
- Strong knowledge of local and international educational trends, as well as understanding of the school's unique curriculum offerings
- Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and coach a team to achieve business objectives
- Natural communicator, adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes at all levels
- Experience with capturing and analyzing data, and using it to come up with actionable insights

About the Role
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process within NAS Dubai.
- Work closely with other departments to promote the school's values and offerings, and to meet enrolment targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students, leading the admissions team.
